I've seen multiple threads recently about him not wanting to play in T1 because his family and business are in Canada, but this is just false and we people need to just drop it. Kaplan hinted on the unnamed podcast that he WANTS to play in Tier 1 but just hasn't been offered.

Doesn't matter how many young players you have if you don't have good leadership or someone to mentor them. Heretics has all the young talent in the world and still crumbles under pressure quite a bit. You need someone on the roster who is going to hold people accountable, mentor them, and set them up for success. NiSMO is a savant when it comes to setting up his teammates.
That's exactly my point though, I think NiSMO would fit perfect on a team full of 4 young shooters where he could be the leader and keep them in line. I'm not saying he should be relied on to be a star player but if a team like 100T is rebuilding their roster and decide to get 4 rookies I'd 100% want NiSMO. Hell look at M80 this year without him, even with Sato, Okeanos and Kyu they had their issues.
I agree, he is the perfect player for an academy team despite his age. He's the perfect player to put around a bunch of young talent who is trying to develop. Would love to see all of Cubert be picked up by an org (100T) but apparently SEN is refusing to sell Reduxx/nightz. If I was an org I'd still take a chance on the core of Satellite, NiSMO, Kyu and pickup 2 other Tier 2 demons.
