I would imagine they would still have a significant buyer population with only switch 1s that even gen 10 would get a switch 1 release but I could be wrong
If I’m not mistaken sword/shield came out two years after the switch and did not release on Wii U. I’m assuming Gen 10 will release in 2027, so the same logic should apply
Nah its a good amount of fun and the switch 2 games that have already come out have been a lot of fun to play
just use the "legitimate" nintendo hardware you already use to play valorant

Better off playing old Pokémon games on emulator, and also playing BOTW + TOTK again
yeah eventually but probably not for a while cause I believe some of hype newer games will still go to the switch 1, and by the time the real gems of switch 2 comes out people will probably have upgraded to an oled (assuming theyve released them) and you can just buy a used one or even a lite
