Because Global where hire representing and develop Indian market, and they are not doing it. India doesn't have the same scrimpool or the same language than other APAC team. If Global wasn't Indian, they wouldn't get hired. IF KC would be french, they would get hire, because the reason why they get hire, is that they are a looooot of fans (But I admit they have their fan because of French)
"Talon are from HK but only have Thai players"
Talon is considered as a Thai roster from the start, they were picked by Riot to represent Thai community
"G2 are German but only have NA players"
They are spanish, not German, they dont are' a partner team, they are free
"VIT and KC are French but don’t have any French players, TH are Spanish but don’t have any Spanish players"
This is the European paradox, we share the same scrimpool, and since most of young people speak english, we also share the same language, so Europe kinda share the same market, and it seems that's every European team doesn't represent their specific country. It trusts KC to find young french talent in the future and make them grow thanks to acad team.
I think the main point is the scrimpool, if you are an Indian player you won't have access to a good soloQ, so the only way to have access to a good soloQ is to become a T1 player and move to Korea, but since they are not good enough, they are not picked by GE, but they are not good enough because bad soloQ, and this create a vicious circle. In comparison, a good French player will have access to European soloQ like any other player. So French player have outlet if they are good enough, while a goated Indian talent will never have his chance. (Thats the same problem for an Ocian player, thats why we need an OCE team)
Also keep in mind that they are way more player in India than in France (Basically x2), that it's a country the size of the European continent that develop FAST, with way more young player than in EU.
That's the main reason why I will have issues complaining about KC, while I will complain a lot about GE : Scrimpool,
