yeah man I used to shit talk a lot bout him until I realized he actually runs the org funding or management not the roster. I just hope he gets better roster management team, they are like getting decent players but don't know how to utilise their players to the top potential

As an india representation , He and ge’s management have never given a chance to indian players more than 1 SPOT on their every roster rotations to atleast TRY and DEVELOP themselves ( They even had no indian at the start of the Franchising lmao) and that’s a shame , Indian valorant would’ve been in a lot better place rn if they had been given a chance more than A SPOT on the roster lmao
Nah he said that he trialed all of them, but all of his current players clear them. His goal is to make a good team. It isn't to necessarily represent India/South Asia

It comes down the players in India as well he will give the bag to build talent but then if they stop practising and putting enough efforts to get better what should he do my guy Talon as a whole are ranked demons at one point because they practice so hard we literally have players who just play and wait for the bag from a unknown org which pops for a few months then vanished GRY is a famous one
the problem is he doesnt have a core roster to build around, he clearly doesnt have enough patience and trust to build around the indian talents, thus come new whole roster every year
