100t situation

Realistically, what does 100t do? If they drop asuna, they need another player who can flex initiator and raze/neon AND is an upgrade to asuna. If they drop boostio, they need an actually competent igl who plays sentinel; NA has a shortage of those, and don’t forget before 100t had boostio they were struggling to make REGIONAL PLAYOFFS.

If I’m 100t, after this year ends I might just nuke the entire roster minus Eeiu and pick up some tier 2 + free agents

Why would they ever do that. We are consistently 1 match away from internationals. What sense does it make to nuke the entire roster, they'll make 1-2 changes a year until they can overcome that obstacle.

As a 100T fan, I am expected 1-2 changes every 2 years from now on unless there's a crazy T2 prospect that appears. That's just the trajectory of this team .

But what would those 1-2 changes be? The problem is that there is no replacement to boostio and cryo can’t play raze/neon and asuna can’t play Jett/yoru. If you get rid of them, you might need to get rid of both.

First of all, Asuna can play Yoru very well. Better than Cryo util-wise.

But this year the most likely change is most likely a coaching change, because the map choices and agent selections have been bizarre this season to say the least.

Not that I'm saying Asuna and Boostio deserve their spot rn (Although Asuna has been solid for EWC). But there is no clear upgrade, there is no Mada or Oxy waiting in T2 to be picked up. Reduxx is the closest option but Boostio is what is weighing 100T down but his experience and confidence is unmatched.

Cryo is under no circumstances getting dropped

I'm just saying they will deffo not blow up the roster
