fuck i lost like all my gains i regained like 5 kg i gotta lock tf in

restarting my workout routine and adding 30 min to an hour of cardio 5 days a week

best self motivation is deadass looking at the mirror

im probably somewhere in my mid 20%s in terms of body fat, gonna try and get it down to 15~20%

what are your motivators in the gym? mine is the mirror.

got lazy im ngl, and had to relocate for school to an area without a gym close by. my school's gym is too far away (ik it's excuses but i cant lie i cannot be fucked to go unless the gym is in 10 min walking distance)

Lowk bro doing cardio for that long isn't worth it at most 15 ish minutes of high intensity cardio (High elevation with decent speed) {Cuz at most you burn 200 ish calories} + a 10 min cooldown after workout + the actual planned workout is the way to go

high elevation with decent speed is exactly what i do for 1 hour lmao, is it too long? my primary goal is fat loss before muscle gain tbh, but obviously i want both.

i'm maintaining a roughly 500-600 calorie deficit on top of that
