The Phantom is only superior when you have all 5 players on your team buying the Phantom and taking short-medium range fights with zero ego peeks.

In ranked you never see teams on the same page like this. Ego peeks with Vandal are superior.

maybe give it one-shot headshot from any range as well to compensate? and decrease mag size to 25

if it has bullet tracers theres no point in picking it over the vandal horrible take its not that hard to counter in high ranks
