KC played it a bit recently but Marteen is basically a yoru 1 trick so they're not comboing Neon which is like half the theory, getting to essentially be both the Breach Neon comp AND double duelist ult cycling comps.
There's also the Astra consideration to keep deepline support and lurk potential from the Viper... but Omen is tbh still broken so i can see why not too

oh yea I remember tuning in for a kc match earlier this season, the weenis was like quadruple negative first half and ended 1/2nd on stats
