EG thoughts

After these back to back embarrassing defeats, I think it’s time for changes (or just 1)

I’m such an Icy believer, he’s just looking better every tournament. He fits potter’s playstyle super well. I think Potter really needs to work on fitting yay into the team. He’s thrown so many rounds by pushing without teammates or ego peeking on defence. Obviously I don’t think EG should drop him but he needs to be worked with. Derrek and supamen weren’t playing their best in EWC, but I’m still a believer because they played great in VCT playoffs. However, I definitely think NaturE should be dropped. He’s so inconsistent, his calling is mid, and I think he’s a big part of the reason EG struggles playing anything other than insanely slow. There have to be better IGLs in Tier 2.

• Vora who is still unproven
• Poppin who is still unproven
• Tdawgg who is ass
• Kyu who still unproven

This is like the first year that the IGL's in Tier 2 haven't been ppl who got dropped from Tier 1. There is going to be serious risk in picking up any of these people and there isn't clear options like Flyuh, JohnQT, Valyn

stellar was good, the reason ive heard as to why they got rid of him was because he wasnt an emotional leader and a lot of the players on the team need that, anyone else notice the massive ego and performance shift after they got boostio? hes like zellsis for 100T

Honestly if stage 2 goes poorly id just build around yay-honestly drop everyone else (except icy/supa if they play well)

That’s fair I could see a total rework of players and strats if we bomb out of stage 2.

boostio is also a lot better of an IGL in general even outside of what he contributes emotionally.

That’s not at all what happened with Stellar. Not even close. Sean Gares left the team after they won Red Bull with Stellar. They then shifted to a “loose” system. The team dropped Derrek and Stellar, then Mikes…the rebuild around the core 3 lead to Bang being traded. Stellar killed it with Soar, Turtle Troop last year. This year…how long could you live on your own with zero paycheck. Guy deserves another shot.

100T didn't willingly let Bang go, he got poached end of last year. The rebuild around Cryo, Asuna, Bang happened end of 2023. You are getting your timelines mixed up or u don't got the right info
