Nats' speeches pre-game and in between maps, you can hear how much he cares for each individual player. He can carry a game, call it and still keep team morale in balance. You got to give him his props for taking on a lot of management of the emotions when some players feel like they're having a bad map - I think it was right after Map 1, you can see him talking quite a bit to Keiko who might have felt like a burden to the team. Keeping Keiko away from spiralling out probably helped keep their chances of a series win.

I'll be honest. With how FNATIC are constantly improving, we will see his Optic peak. He already dominates on maps like Fracture. He might go ham at Masters.
