edg kinda suck now, they dropped s1mon, and picked up a mid player who isnt even playing what he was brought to play half the time (he went 4/20 at one point). they also got really overconfident.
rrq are insane. jemkin is a god. he has great support and the other players have their share of hero moments too. pacific isnt bad, rrq is just good.

In a tornament that literally doesn't mean anything to them? Why would anyone care? Nova only dropped 1 map in act one and proceeded to not even play a single close game in playoffs of the actual season. Heybay getting bench is your chronically online fan canon lol, that is half their roster. Yes Wolves the team who actually MADE the international rather than falling off a cliff and benching one of their most impactful players lol. Bombing out of a masters is fine lol they at least made it something EDG failed to do. Not like EDG would have been at all any more threatening than Wolves had they made it.

EDG really struggled with the meta changes. They also tried to force themselves Yoru and Double Duelist meta in a really underwhelming way. Imagine if they didn't, they would have been fine and wouldn't actually lose their champs winning roster.

To no one's surprise, they are back to farming China (excluding XLG and BLG, who didn't play in Evo series) now that they are playing normal comps.
