EWC or Masters

Wouldn't it be more beneficial for teams to qualify for EWC over masters? Bigger prize pool + easier to qual + probably a bigger crowd just in terms of exposure. Also teams that qualify to both are lowk cooked ngl the schedules are gonna be so ass for them.

i know u are coping but think carefully... EDG should not qual for EWC if they want to go to champs imo ... they will be burnt out ....

entirely depends on what the team is aiming for, EWC > master but champs > ewc in prize pool and winning a master basically guarentee's champs qual cause of points, from a respect and legacy level no one is taking EWC over masters cause the format is dog shit

realistically yeah also they dont need money cause they are rich and if they did what they did recently in China, I dont think they are gonna put much of a fight during the games anyhow

Idk I feel like some of the tinier orgs like apeks might care about the money the problem then is actually qualifying to the tournament 💀

Of course CHAMPIONS>EWC>MASTERS, based on the level of difficulty from qualification to the main event

Ewc is so close to stage 2, unless you want to throw your chance in champs by using all of your strats in ewc

I expect that the world's top teams would still want to win the EWC the same way they want to win any Kickoff, Stages, Masters, or Champions event

Yea they already get most of their money from other sponsorships, merch, etc. same goes with the pros
