Green Beans. The peak of vegi's. They can be a main or a pure side. They can be enjoyed to the max grilled, steamed, or garden fresh. Whenever I want a snack in the summer time, my go to is just a bowl of green beans.

Brussel Sprouts. Underrated, overhated. Great balance of taste and texture, and the innate class gives some bonus points. Lacks versatility, but brussels are such a good talent.

Lettuce. Contribution to salad hard carries, but it's too fundamental to my diet not to place top 3.
