NRG Split 2

Idea #1
Assuming s0m stays and FNS is gone.
-FNS
-Brawk (even though I don't think Split 1 failure was his fault the only good IGLs in Tier 2 play initiator)
+Bonkar (back on active roster)
+Vora
+Skuba

Roster shapes out to be:
Vora (IGL, Initiator)
Skuba (Sentinel)
Mada (Duelist)
Ethan (Flex)
s0m (Smokes)

Idea #2:
Allow Bonkar too bring on Reduxx, Vora, Skuba. You get 2 of his guys from Oxygen + a new IGL to polish. SEN has stated everyone on the academy roster is available and with SEN's performance this year I think they keep the same 5 going into next year unless something catastrophic happens.

Only thing that concerns me are s0m and Ethan going to trust a rookie IGL over their own instincts. It seems like this was a problem with Verno (even though he wasn't an IGL). If Ethan/s0m are bought into Vora/Bonkar's vision then things will go smoothly, if they try and take control over everything then it will start to unravel imo. Nothing wrong with them helping call but I hope they let whoever is picked up as IGL make most the decisions.

I get that and I actually really like brawk but the issue the best options for IGL in Tier 2 are initiator players. I'd rather pick one of them up (Vora/Kyu/etc) and allow them to keep playing Initiator then force them or brawk into a different role.

No matter what happens I hope they just apologize to Bonkar and let him build his own team. Give him power, get the power out of the players hands and let him handle everything. Make him the GM/Coach for all I care, only thing holding back NRG last few years was players having power over everything. Let Bonkar cook.

Then they can leave, there are multiple players in T2 who could replace them. Maybe not to the same level in s0m's case but their are options.

Thoughts on the 2nd idea I just put?

ngl i think welyy is a dope option as initiator, but if u want a igl initiator monSi can b very well(hes not playing really well but idc fuck u)

and there are too many smokers (alvinboy is crazy but has nule experience), and if u want smoker/igl you can always count on the recycler (stellar lov u)
