The original bleed that makes ascension is at the same level as NS and Boom.

Look at the same Boom roster(-dos9), look at Jemkin now. Those are the teams and players Bleed beat to ascend. Riot decided to fk them over. Juicy was their best player imo and he can't play... While riot lets an actual high schooler(miniboo) play which is bs.
