Its like the thing where the other team has had more reps on stage you know and they come in hot and motivated

NRG lost in 2023, KRU & 100T in stage 1 2024, FNC and TH
all won against 1st seeds, it seems like the people coming from 1st round of playoffs have the mental momentum which helps them more than 1st seeds
