To move VCT EMEA to Spain-Madrid.

Here are the reasons.

1) They might get decent computers instead of using LoL ones

2) Might be easier for players to move there (turkish and russian specially)

3) Theres more fans there, and you have 3 spanish teams x 0 german ones

4) Food is better

5) Players might not be depressed because the sun actually shines there

6) They get to see Vini Jr. playing for Real Madrid.
