Being a weird, creepy person is never cool, but children are impressionable.

be a good person, even if you have differing opinions, there is a clear moral ground that exists even if your opinions differ.
take responsiblity, Be an adult, apologize and focus on reparations.

I know this seems soft or wtv, but its important that there are boundaries and limits to what goes on.

What if you labelling the 16 year old makes him say "fuck it, they think I'm this way and I'll never change their minds" ... you don't make the world a better place by attacking and isolating people. You are not the solution, you are bullying and trying to cause real damage. No one needs or wants this behavior out of the community.
