Tf do you mean by depth ? I assume it is stratbook and calls on info found then CN should be last
think of it this way. if every region's teams played against every other region's team in a round robin format, which region would come out on top. e.g. have the most wins
sen in their current form would wipe the floor with most of teams from other regions
I agree that emea isn't as strong as NA or Pacific but i think its not a super huge margin. Like their are some turbo bad teams in every region. Also i think its funny in the case of emea you might have the top 3 teams all in one group just due to first strike placement
