for me it's argentinian milanesa (idk how to describe it ngl) with puré (smashed potatoes is the equivalent I think).
HM: hamburguers
HM2: pizza, but bad pizza is really bad like it depends
By definition, it technically is just a tortilla filled with stuff but an actual Mexican taco is done in a certain way and it definitely does not have lettuce. That's like saying an Argentinian asado is just cooking any type meat on the grill, when in reality there's plenty more to it.
ooooh got it, no lettuce/tomato tho? I kinda like fresh food more soo I think it's sadly a no-no for me :(
what i'll never understand is like how do you handle spicy food so much like I cannot even eat a single taki without fucking overheating like it's actually crazy I have 0 SPICE TOLERANCE
I feel like spicy is the sort of acquired taste we grow up to like. Even some of our sweets have a spicy sense to it so we get used to it from an early age
Ig it's like argentinian guiso which is a stew with beef potatoes carrots and pretty much everything. I don't really like it though and if yours spicy even less for me ngl (I can't tolerate spice)
I think milanesa is "breaded beef" or "breaded chicken" its my favorite food too, I also cook puré with spring onion and cream that is soooo delicious, you should try it once
