I feel like VAL and CS are going through this phase where IGLs are now supposed to be good fighters but communicate effectively. Would you rather have a great IGL who doesn't aim very well or a great fighter who just so happens to be an IGL for the team?

great IGL who doesnt aim, good leadership is far more important and a more unique characteristic than fragging ability
All I am saying is boaster is the best and most acomplished IGL in Valorant history TO THIS POINT.
