My grandfather once told me about a demon from ancient Chinese folklore; Xi Wu, the haunter of groups. Legend has it that if you walk the side streets of Shanghai at night in a small group, Xi Wu will appear and attack you. You will know that you are about to be attacked when you hear a soft "wooooooOOOOOOOO...." sound ringing through the air like an ominous wind. To protect yourself from the imminent attack, you must immediately run to the nearest busy street. If there is a large enough crowd of people around, then the crowd will cause Xi Wu to disappear. Please be aware and stay safe if you are attending the Shanghai Major.
