Valorant keeps having micro stutters and the overall game is not smooth and it doesn't feel good playing the game.
Specs:
i3 10100f
rx 580
2x8gb ddr4

For context I have heavy games like GTA V, NBA2K22, COD MW, Apex Legends and those game run very smooth and I've even streamed some of those games and everything ran well. But for some reason when I'm playing valorant the game keeps having micro stutters (sometimes my character or the aim teleports a bit and sometimes the animation for skills is skipped or cancelled??).

I have a 75hz monitor with FreeSync ON (72hz because of it)

FREESYNC ON

Which settings should i change ??

I have heard valorant run smoother on amd's cpu rather than intel's cpu while it is opposite for csgo.

turn improve clarity and cast shadows to off
try optimizing your pc (theres plenty of videos on yt)
your specs are very bad so im not very surprised you're experiencing issues

your specs arent the problem
my pc:

8gbx1
1060
windows 11

i get 130-150 fps and no stutters even though i have worse pc in every way
try one of the optimisation guides maybe

edit: also try turnng off anti-lag in radeon
