i did omit that ive been like banned for 7 days in the past but this was like 9 months ago and 6 months ago i quit for my studies but now im back cuz its break it was literally my first time on in 6 months
It makes no sense for you to be banned for 14 days since your last ban was 9 months ago. You should contact support if this is actually what happened
i believe it might be cuz i gave the account to a friend cuz it has skins but i have no idea whether hes been banned before
