Shri is a like sir in hindi and ram is a God and jaanki is his wife aka goddess Sita, seena means chest, so it's kinda like their teaching are in my heart

just for the sake of explaination i would just tell you shree ram & janaki are god & goddess respectively according to indian mythology. Also they are husband-wife. This song is made on the behalf of lord hanuman (another god who is a devotee of shree ram & janaki, again according to indian mythology). Title actually means "shree ram & janaki have place in my heart".
