If they dropped him right before LCQ it probably wasn't because of performance.. Considering his performance in Berlin (mechanically at least) was probably better than previous tournaments and the risk of shaking up a team right before LCQ.. I havent been watching as long as a lot of people here have but I get the impression Josh seems like a bit of a loose cannon

PunisherXPR [#58]I dont know how I feel about this tbh. Yes he isnt the best player individually but hes a solid IGL. Considering how close LCQ is, I doubt this move is just performance related, something else happened.
This is a VERY high risk high reward move, similar to ENVY right before berlin qualifiers

It MIGHT just be Oderus from v1 or (MEGA HOPIUM INCOMING) Sinatraa.
If it is either of the latter, then 100t have basically already won champions

they didn't even qualify for champions yet, and i really don't see them as the favorite in the lcq anymore, when they decide to drop their igl so close before the event

not really no major tournies they would just be giving a player a free living for no reason. just to practice. wouldn't be a good idea as an Org. maybe if they only had a val team but they have other things to worry about imo

I agree. Maybe they had a consensus between the team that if they would not make a top 1-2 finish they would make changes. I guess they didn't feel that confident with their current team since most of their wins against big teams were comebacks and maybe they wanted to win in a more dominant way for them to be able to see the possibility of them winning champions, but i think they did pretty good. I just hope that what they decided on was for the better.

yeah i meant tournament experience, thats why i thought it was odd to make such a change especially involving the igl right before a vital tournament such as LCQ

i believe nrg would get him. but i doubt TSM would get steel because subroza and wardell already had been teammates with steel and dont mesh well with him

sinatraa dn hiko both play sova dn they already have asuna as a duelist so idk how sinatraa would work. Oderus was just bougth by v1 so no chance of oderus either now since v1 is still in lcq
