I've been to both and have accounts on both. Here's what I think
VLR has a better layout, more organized and is cleaner
HLTV has player rankings and team rankings that make alot of sense
Many VLR users can have intelligent arguments that does not involve flag or flair or etc. unlike how the majority of HLTV agruments are
But for me, VLR better
