On November 9, tune into the Arcane Season 2 premiere stream on the Riot Games Twitch channel.
Watch for at least 30 minutes to receive the card in your Valorant Collections.
Jinx Player Card (From My Perspective)
From November 16 to November 23, watch the designated Twitch stream for an hour to unlock this card. "

yt does have a drop feature. you have to connect your riot account. I've gotten champs drops from yt but idk if gc is doing it for yt or just twitch.
