I had a G840 for almost 6 Months and that Pad just went full retard after a while. even i dont sweat on my hands or arm the pad feeled everytime i played slower and slower. on the surface i used it feeled like the mouse skates are almost sticking to the pad and it ruined me so many games. maybe because i wash my hands and arms to often and it got wet who knows. i also changed my sens, dpi a lot because i thought its because of me. when i used the other side of the mouse pad i realized its the surface that was the problem. and suddenly my normal sens feels high sens af because my current mouse pad is one ive not used for a year and cleaned myself before and put in a box. it feels like a brandnew mouse pad and so great even if its 7 years old. its a roccat taito.

i am now looking for a new mouse pad just in case. are there mouse pads that have good breathing you know? ive heard some artisan mouse pads do breath so they dry quick when get a bit wet but that pads are just sold out or relisted for a fortune.

LMFAO what. oh yea one important thing abt this logitech hard pad. Is that you might want to duct tape the edges or smth bc they can be sharp sometimes. Other than that. Just have a microfiber cloth and just wipe it every so often.

Tbh, All I need is a bigger mousepad, I can barely move my fucking mouse before it goes off the pad.

if you're sweaty enough to want a good mousepad but not sweaty enough to invest in artisans you should get a gsr se shits the gold standard

only problem is they don't last very long

mousepads have different slide and stopping power

go to mousepad reddit there's like a chart of level of slipperyness for all mousepads (sometimes not 100% correct but u get the general idea)

i think what you're looking for is a rougher pad (maybe like hyperx fury or something) that doesn't feel soggy when moisture is high
