Not always, some players don't get signed because their english is bad
Every player in tier1(at least in EMEA) know english enough to call in english, just go and watch fnatic comms videos from last year Alfajer's english sounds so gibberish but he was still able to deliver
Most rumors have him leaving BBL as in getting signed for a better team not as in struggling to find another offer
And yes, the rumor is Engh really loves Elite and that KC is his most likely destination
