Do they mean as in CN teams play in a way that counters FUT or they are easy to counter?

FUT's playstyle gets countered vs any team that is more extreme than them in either direction
G2 for instance would counter them because they play more passive than FUT do aggressive
and the chinese teams play more aggressive
