who do you guys think demon1 should be picked up by and where will he thrive?

I think he should take a break and spend time with his wife, his mental is not the best right now considering his wife's heatlh

After his time off, he could definitely thrive in EG again... But idk if this is possible given EG's stingyness with val budget
