the problem is that being tier 2 talent doesn't inherently mean you're not as good as tier 1. most of it is an experience gap and potter clearly has a knack for boosting confidence enough to where it doesn't matter. but unless we see her team replicate anything CLOSE to 2023 EG it's hard to deny that it COULD'VE been just a flash in the pan
