How will the seed 1 be determined for playoffs

If individual team performance is considered, wont it be unfair considering some groups are way weaker than the other group

If you look at playoffs schedule, it looks like seeding is done after combing all 6 teams and seed 1 and 2 get a by and seed 3 vs seed 6, seed 4 vs 5. How will this combined seeding take place

seed 1 in each group gets a bye,
seed 2 and 3 plays each other. Winner plays seed 1 of the group.

first game (seed 2 vs seed 3) is a single elim.

Well, in their defense, they did put NRG & SEN in one group and LOUD, LEV & 100T (personal bias) in the other. Everybody would have thought the 2 best teams could be from these.

To be fair if the top 2 teams are in the same group, and one doesnt get a bye, if that team is truly the 2nd best in the region surely they will get througth anyway right?
