Phoenix can work on many maps, you do have to play more around it than kayo. But the point is that they play it because they think it's the best option for their team not because natank can't play other stuff

problem is phoenix is pretty one dimensional and once you start to understand how they play him, they become readable and are more prone to be shut down
their strats depend a LOT on natank going in and getting that first kill but obviously from the fnatic game they shut that whole shtick down
i think they really need to vary what maps they use phoenix on and what maps natank plays other duelists on because every map from them is starting to look pretty damn similar

i mean normal comps are normal comps for a reason, these gimmicky comps with agents like phoenix are gimmicks for a couple maps, then once you start playing it every map it moves away from gimmick to just bad comp

phoenix is more gimicky and has way less team value than kayo + its better to be a kayo "merchant" than a phoenix merchant since kayo is actually good on most maps and they have other initiator players

He's consistent.
Maybe is the agent being in a poor state holding him back, or maybe the rest of his team it's not up to the level of the league, but M8 is not looking like a playoffs team.
