do you think they will change the roaster for stage 2?

who can they get that would be an improvement that is not on a team?

no, 0% chance
the players have done enough last year for at least 1.5 years of bad results before the management decides it wants changes
two wins and a top 4 in the 3 tournaments generally lets teams not disband for around 24 months

I agree, who would you bring to the roaster that will add something new,
I think if they didn't make it we can say its a team problem, and by that I mean they might have lost the eager to win or to improve, because this FNC roaster is crazy talented they're just like NRG, a lot of fire power and experience and every player seems to be far superior on their roles than the other teams/players.

possibly. I don't think they should, but they have a history of being quick with roster changes. I'd much rather see a coaching hire but I don't think roster changes are off the table.

i would say they might have been burned out, but they did like 0 prac over the off season.
I think you are right with losing the eager to win, i don't feel like they have the same passion.
And also they aren't used to having competition, they were clearly the best in 2023 but near the end they were getting shut down by LOUD.
They aren't used to bleeding, and its taking some time.

True that's a factor, they were dominating 2023, and I think boaster mentioned it after Tokyo if am not wrong, he said that didnt lost for a while and that's not healthy for multiple reasons, which you mentioned (They aren't used to bleeding,) and because losing makes you correct you gameplans and you learn a lot from losing Aswell.

Individual performance from quite a few players has dropped of a cliff. In the past, rounds they were down in Alfajer Leo or chronicle would get miracle kills and they would win. Doesn't happen nearly as much.

They've failed to innovate any of their strategies, and are getting beaten by teams with better team play and coordination.

Sayf, cloud and maybe navi players if fnatic truely fall off. They're hard to get though, cracked tier 2 talent maybe

I dont think Sayf, and Navi players would want to leave their team.. cloud 100% wants to escape that shitty team tho

Individual performance
Taking map control on both defense and offense
Adaptation to opponents
Anti strats seem non existent
Set plays are predictable and poorly executed

sack elmapuddy, that's the only solution without losing any of the players that already are S-Tier.

sayf really wanted to stay with leo so its not impossible
but since he was pretty clear that his goal was to try and teach younger players this year, joining a team like fnatic would go against that

In a reality where fnatics bombs out and heretics katmine corp and navi make it to champs. I can see sayf exploring opportunities beyond vitality, especially if vit don't make champs. Cloud is in a team which looks terrible with redgar at the helm and might want to jump ship. Navi probably won't change I agree with that
