Do you think going to gym, having a healthy body will increase your performance? like would it affect your reaction time, aim, decision making, stamina, etc?

If this is true then so many val pros have so much untapped potential. Imagine if less lost weight. He could clear any pro lol

Well I mean if he eats healthy and has any decent amount of exercise that's more than enough. Losing weight likely wouldn't change that.
It's about how fresh your brain is from engaging it in analytical activity, about how often the body is given a chance to move and increased blood flow, what the diet looks like and if it allows for the appropriate amount of energy, and probably the most important is high quality 8 hours of sleep

unless your physique is really, really, bad, as in you're unable to do basic everyday things, then I feel it's more about how well the brain and nervous system is doing. But I do know that some exercises might boost brain activity so it's still always a good thing if you do have a healthy body

It wont help you aim better or have better reaction time but if you already have the skills it just makes you more consistent since your physical and mental health isnt going up and down as much
For decision making its all drilled into the players by coaches during scrims. Having a healthy body and mind helps to have a clear mental though if thats what you mean
Health is important but its not like it stops you from becoming a pro player I mean all you have to do is look

Sleep 7 hours/day, physical exercise like jogging 5 kilometer twice a week will improve your mood and focus

Yeah most likely, as being overweight feels awful, therefore as a player you may have issues with your mental in-game which directly affects your performance
