Has anyone felt a difference in their sensitivity after a chest/back day workout, meaning that you have to adjust accordingly so that your aim feels OK?

i swear that my hands become spaghetti and I can't aim for shit after training back like a madman.

interesting.

i mean don't get me wrong, there have been a couple of days where i'm absolutely cracked out of my mind after a nice workout, but lately it's become very inconsistent for me and i'm trying to figure out why

the only time where i don't flop is when i do either legs or if i have a rest day inbetween

your mouse might be easier/harder to move after working out certain muscles and your brain is not used to it feeling lighter/heavier so it tries to adjust to the differences which is why your aim might feel shaky at first and then go back to normal after playing for a while. along with that there's also other factors like being dehydrated, tired, sore, etc that can change the way you play without seeming too different

i play 0.7 800 so after a gym workout my aim is all over the place

yes it feels like i have faster/more aware movements, but it feels like im more imprecise, since my muscles are like not in the same state as they were when i learned to aim/move
