Viper Fix

Make it so that you have to be in range to active viper util
like how kj doesnt have global utilty, its ranged
do the same for viper
to stop sentinel playstyle and force viper to push with team like every other controller (except astra)

i don’t think vipers utility is the problem. it’s her role in the game. there needs to be more agents which fill her role as a controller/sentinel cuz she has a monopoly on it and imo her toolkit is fine as is in terms of like nerfs/buffs, she’s just so versatile it’s hard not to pick her like skye. changing her would fundamentally ruin her

bro the problem with viper isn't that she's broken

the map pool favors her, icebox breeze sunset Lotus are all huge maps and favor viper the meta will return back to some normalcy once the map pool changes
