Change.org Petition to Relegate EMEA from Tier 1

Had some time to think about it and I felt like this was necessary, let's look for 100 signatures!

BIG UPDATE: Following EMEA's run in Masters Madrid, this region has succeeded in somehow gaining a single collective victory over FPX (once) before being sent home. They've embarrassed themselves by having both their best teams being sent down the bracket by Sentinels and then now they've been sent home by PRX with Monyet. Their future performances will remain the same for many years from what we're seeing from them if we're being objective, so it would be great if we can relegate them sooner than later.

Stay tuned for more big updates like these that will keep on happening haha.
