Sideshow was right with all his criticisms and now that TenZ has ironed his flaws out more, he looks much much better and is actually playing up to his poterntial. Sideshow didn't deserve that much hate for the video when he was almost 100% correct

bro lmfaooo, its not that deep sideshow criticized tenz for views but that's it he didn't wanna hate the guy or smthng, sideshow is a genuine person and although im against him making that one video it doesnt mean he wanted sen or tenz to fail or anything and regardless of the video tenz still would be the same player he is rn because if a caster knows a player's struggles then im sure the coaching staff does too
Stop glazing. The guy knew tenz was the most hated and most criticized player and he still chose to dogpile on him based on micro-plays . If you start analyzing players that way when you have the hindsight and full POV on your side you could even make Loud Less look bad, I am not kidding. In this game with how random everything is, everytime you lose a round you can blame a specific player for it. Sideshow did exactly that and he never made a similar video for anyone else.
this is not glazing, tenz is the sole reason why i got into valorant in the first place. Sideshow wanted to make it into a series but the hate on him and the player exceeded his expectations and he decided to stop and he was just criticizing him, not hating big difference and even if its unfair towards tenz, he is the most popular player and its the easiest way to get views and he did it. sure he could've chosen a better and softer way to land it but it is what it is, stop making it seem like he is this tenzhater1234 or smthng lmfaoo, he did the same thing with forsaken but instead of making a video, he criticized him in a platchat video way back in the day and he prolly didnt make a video because forsaken just wasnt popular enough to be making a 2hr long video on
this is what im sayin, hes quite literally a professional yapper and its not like he is straight up saying tenz is a pile of dogshit, he just criticized certain plays and in the end it doesnt matter, a good player will always bounce back regardless of whatever the fuck others say about him and tenz just proved he is a good player
this doesnt necessarily prove sideshow was right tho, regardless of the video tenz would still be a great player because a lot of what he criticized didnt take into account the mental state of the players at that point in time, tenz had multiple problems both personally and professionally so cant really blame the guy but u cant hate on sideshow either, he made a genuine video too just that the timing and the after effects of it made it seem like hes some sort of a villain of sorts
The thing is its always easier to criticise others while standing at a distance, pointing out flaws. Whats important is to help that person out. Idk why dont people get how hard it is to know your fiance's life is in danger. How much toll it takes. If i would have been in TenZ place i would be crying in a corner, spend 24*7 with her, but he still packed up the courage. Respect to SEN TenZ, my inspiration.
Correct about what exactly? Judging a player based off of micro plays? What was your takeaway from his 'criticism' video? That he shouldn't make that specific movement on round 26 against LEV or whatever? You think he became a better decision maker all of a sudden cz he watched sideshows video about how to react in 5 random situations? LMAO
TenZ had huge issues with going either all in or not at all and it tended to lose them quite a few rounds but it is something that can be fixed pretty easily with some focus put onto it by his coaches. That was addressed and now he actually has incredible timing especially with flashes. Obviously Sideshow isn't the reason for it being fixed, TenZ probably has never watched the video but it was a good criticism to make and his coaches also noticed it, fixed it and improved it massively.
You are just waffling blud. What do you mean going all in or not at all. The duelist player doesn't randomly decide I wanna go in or not. You make small plays all over the map to take control of space and choke the opponent off of that space, trade util that puts you in an advantages position to hit a site. It all has to be a coordinated team play, it just can't be him saying I don't wanna go in. If that was the case they would have booted him out already. You are fully ignoring the fact that JohnQT is a better IGL than dephh and marved. Zekken went 6-15 in a match against cloud9, you wanna tell me that was all his fault for making bad decisions and had nothing to do with his team getting outplayed?
Sideshow made the video for views and for views only, Tenz played how much of Omen when he made that video, he probably played Yuro once maybe twice in pro matches,
He was always going to improve the more the played different agents in different comps and with a couple of months scrims and matches, it was highly unlikely Tenz wasn't going to improve, they way Sideshow presented the video it was as if Tenz was almost a hopeless case,
Anyone here saying Sideshow was right actually believed there was actually little hope Tenz would improve
