They dropped him becuase g2 needed only to buyout 3/5 players who won ascension for the spot. Guard pitched insane salaries cause they were salary fighting with flight quest. G2 said they would do the deal for 4 instead of 3 cause they wanted the guard core.
G2 now have the highest salaries in the league except for leaf who has a normal salary

Nah fuck that. G2 straight up hoed him, there's no hindsight about it. I don't give a damn if leaf is an upgrade, they straight up kicked him without asking his teammates first.
