I dont think SEN was at the exact same level as 100T tbh
SEN won comfortably on two maps and for their Bind they just didnt bother changing it since they played last year in LCQ

Because despite 100T taking one map the other two maps weren't that close. Sen destroyed them on Lotus and split was close until Sen started to pull away at like 8-9.

1.LOUD (just a different breed)

SEN (did decent against LOUD and good enough against 100T)
LEV (almost lost to 100T even with aspas frying + they still experimenting with comps especially the Sova in Split)
NRG (hard to gauge because they played bottom of the barrel Furia and the Breeze map was so close even when Havoc was wayyy underperforming)
100T (this team couldve won against LEV)
