I try my best to make my presence meaningful and positive for everyone, and while this is not the desired outcome for myself, the fact that there are people questioning these downvotes like you make me remember all the nice people on this site. Once I do that, the downvotes really stop meaning anything.
Great question! It's hard to pick due to the wide variety, but I'm probably going to have to go with lasagne alla bolognese. It is by far the best pasta dish (in my opinion) I have ever had in my life and I highly suggest you try it if you get the chance.
Honorable mentions to pasta carbonara (bacon egg sauce), spaghetti alle vongole (clam spaghetti), cotoletta milanese (fried veal cutlet), and tiramisu.
