February 16th, 17th, 20th, 22nd for Americas, Pacific, EMEA, and China respectfully. Madrid masters starts March 8th

No. Not lock-in style. Each region has its' own kickoff tournament. Top 2 in each region qualify to Madrid masters in march.

before masters madrid there wont be a regular league, there will be a kick off (idk how are they going to make 11 teams play on a bracket maybe they do a swiss format or anything like that)
