Finishers for every ult kill that has an ammo like jett, chamber, raze
Bots in custom
able to play in the range while still in queueue

Riot has had 3 years time to develop something like that, I've seen Roblox devs develop a system like that quicker.

pro players getting support a creator code like in fortnite. So pro players have somewhat of earning instead money just goes straight to org. Who knows maybe it could help sustain T2 scene for some players.

From what ive seen and thought:

replay system
workshop maps
gamemode to play in queue, maybe like OW2 with deathmatch.
esport team skins
creator code
some type of map banning even if its like you get to remove 2 maps each time you queue.
bots in custom modes
way to unlock agents faster especially if riot keep spamming agents.
