I don't think he upgrades Shyy, but Shay left on his own and given that they had to replace him I think tex is a great option. Specially as a sentinel since I'm not too confident if he was to be the full time duelist, I think he will be great on sentinel with less preassure to topfrag
He was a great great chamber, which is the playstyle you need, he fits the profile.
And about the language barrier yeah, but once you get aspas you have to language switch anyway. Plus the team is gonna comm in English, so technically he does not have to switch at all
