KOI IGL is still a factor to make and brk the team
and Overrated Ardiis, dk if he'll improve or not

Too early to say because they might not perform well in tier 1, but its promising and nice to see EMEA teams looking into tier 2 talent and bringing bunch to tier 1. There's a lot of talent in EMEA tier 2.
