APAC has much better teammates than NA. Ive played a lot in both regions so ik. Its much easier to rank up in APAC since people are much more willing to win. You do get some kids who throw for no reason

oce is just a big mess. Since there are not many players it is so hard to rank up. Im asc2 rn and most people in my games peak immortal 1-3 and sometimes even radiant but are in ascendant. The players a pretty chill most of the time but it is very 50/50, you either get a game in which everybody is chill and u play, have fun and no trolling but the other times u get random 14-18 year olds who always say give me more boolets and stupid things 24/7.

this is just every single lobby for me in eu, idk what about this is specific to OCE, last like 5 games i've had 2/3 trollers and i get immo buddies and peaks in my asc1 lobby all the time as d3-asc1 ranked, it's not really OCE specific

radiant OCE is way lower RR than radiant EU, it's rly hard to derank from 700 RR to asc if you aren't boosted. Ex-rads dropping to 250-300 rr imm3- sure, but not asc.

Easier, because of better cooperation.
I was ASC 1 and Diamond 2 in KR and JP servers.
We don't talk about my NA rank.

It really does not matter how hard is to rank up in one region because.
1) Your teammates could be shit and giving a false impression is harder to rank.
2) Your team comms also matter when it comes to advancing fast.
3) if you are famous stream sniping comes into play again fixing the normal average results.
4) It matters if you are solo or duo because it gives you different experiences.

The only way in my opinion to try to compare skill between region is to check all your stats and compared them (Still you need to be at same rank you were before also the games played and agents you use is a factor).

I found apac to be harder than emea due to language barriers. Theres also different in playstyles as well. APAC is way more aggressive than emea from my experience

APAC Ranked is way more aggressive and 'in-your-face' kinda gameplay, as opposed to NA.

I think apac ranked is easier, but just dont play rank around 2am-6am.
