they have 3 Coaches, the performance coaches are like Therapists, also Coaches arent magicans if the players are shit they cant to anything
50% of the team have the same size coaching staff(coach + assistant coach + analyst). its just that vlr for some reason has 100 different performance coach listed for them, when its most certainly is just main one guy who works with the val roster, while the others have mixed role with different rosters
